Important: You will not be allowed to work in Italy with the retirement visa as you must prove you can support yourself financially through your passive income. To qualify, you must have a minimum passive income of 31,000 euro annually as a single applicant, or 38,000 euro annually as a married couple; applicants who do not meet these thresholds are not eligible to apply.
